Cider Vinegar Diet

Dieting

Cider vinegar is an acidic solution that is produced by fermenting apples. Theoretically, the reason behind the fat-burning effect of this solution is the mixture of the fruit pectin and the acidic vinegar.

The cider vinegar works as a tool that enhances the performance of the digestive system. The program claims to help in losing weight and lead to good health.

There are many variations of the cider vinegar diet. Also called the apple cider vinegar diet, some people prefer to take single or multiple teaspoons of the apple vinegar prior to every meal.

Although it could be difficult to swallow three consecutive teaspoons at a time, you could easily get used to the taste after a couple of days or so.

Due to the strong acidic nature of the cider vinegar, it is not advisable to consume more than three teaspoons. Some people’s stomachs are sensitive and may not be able to handle the acidity.

Others choose to take the cider vinegar pills. The ingredients of the vinegar pills include Cayenne, Citrin Garcinia Cambogia, Bromelain and Ginger.

The pill claims that Cayenne is a source of vitamins, which helps the smooth flow of blood, and could provide needed support of the cardiovascular system. The Citrin Garcinia Cambogia is said to burn calories and control food cravings. Bromelain contains useful enzymes that advance the body’s natural inflammation responses while ginger is believed to support both the digestive system and joints.

Both available variations consist of a low-calorie meal plan and exercise is recommended.

Due to the lack of research that proves the effectiveness of cider vinegar’s properties in losing weight, many experts have called the Apple Cider Vinegar Diet as a fad program.

Although you may lose weight in the process, it is only because the diet is comprised of a low-calorie plan and individuals on this program are told to examine their food choices, eat in moderation portions and get sufficient exercise.
