The drawback of chocolate dieting is it still lacks proper research and there is still no evidence to support chocolates as a stimulator of metabolism or a factor in the burning process of fats. It is still uncertain whether the chocolate diet could help you with your desired weight loss.

On the other hand, just like any other low-calorie diet programs, the chocolate diet will definitely provide you with a short-term weight loss result.

The chocolate diet is perfect for sweet lovers who cannot tolerate full elimination or restriction of sugary foods. However, a person who wishes to use this diet should take into consideration that every food that is taken excessively could be dangerous to one’s health.
