Even if you feel better, you must not stop taking Raloxifene unless you are instructed by your doctor to do so.

Raloxifene may be affected when taking cholestyramine, colestipol or blood thinners. It may also be affected by products that affect estrogen or progesterone levels in the body. Your doctor may need to reduce or change your prescription dosage as required.

Overdose: Symptoms of Raloxifene overdose are not really known. If this you think you have taken too much of Raloxifene, seek medical treatment immediately.

Notes: Avoid drinking alcohol or smoking while taking Raloxifene since these products may contribute to further bone mass loss. Also, avoid sitting for long periods of time when taking Raloxifene. If these are unavoidable, consult your doctor.

Missed Dose: Take the missed dose as soon as you remember it, but if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the previous dose and continue your regular dosing schedule. Do not take a double dose since this can be dangerous.
