Uses: Isosorbide is a nitrate drug. It is usually used to combat severe chest pains (angina) by widening the blood vessels around the heart to let blood flow easily and put less pressure on the heart to pump the blood stronger. It is also used to lower blood pressure. Lower blood pressure can help in reducing the risk of heart diseases, heart attacks and stroke.

Uses: Ibuprofen is used for the treatment of mild to moderate pain, fever and inflammation. These are caused by chemicals in the body called prostaglandins. The drug works by blocking the enzyme that produces prostaglandins. The decrease in the number of prostaglandins will also lead to a decrease in pain, fever and inflammation. Arthritis is one of these inflammation that ibuprofen is used to treat. It is not just one disease but involves more than 100 various conditions.

IONAMIN USES:
Ionamin is used in combination with a diet plan to help you reduce weight.

HOW TO USE IONAMIN:
Ionamin is best taken on an empty stomach one hour before meals. Sustained-release or long acting products like Ionamin must be swallowed whole. Crushing or chewing Ionamin will destroy the long action and may cause increased side effects. Because Ionamin may cause sleeplessness, avoid taking a Ionamin dose late in the day. Take Ionamin as prescribed. Do not take Ionamin more often or longer than directed. Ionamin is usually taken for 8 to 12 weeks. Using Ionamin in combination with other appetite suppressant medicine is generally not recommended. Consult your doctor before such use while taking Ionamin.

IMITREX USES:
Imitrex is used to treat migraine headache attacks once they occur. Imitrex is not effective in preventing migraines. Imitrex is not to be used for other types of headaches.

HOW TO USE IMITREX:
One Imitrex dose is taken by mouth at the first signs of a migraine attack. If you must take a second Imitrex dose, do so exactly as instructed by your doctor. Do not take more than 200mg of Imitrex in a 24 hour period. Imitrex tablets are to be swallowed whole with a glass of water. Do not crush or chew Imitrex.
